Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
